If stupidity was a crime, the fools who launched the hot-air balloon that looked like a UFO should be put in prison for 50 years. This mind-numbed group could not foresee any consequences. For instance, did they fail to realize the balloon would come down at some point in time? And, when it came down, did they think no one would notice there was not a child in the balloon? These people lack such foresight that I have changed my mind: instead of putting them in prison, let's elect them to Congress where no one can understand the far-reaching consequences of the stupid moves they make. These folks would make perfect Senators.
