(455) CONCRETE WALLS

I’ve been in Court for the last 10 days, and I am sorry I haven’t written anything important, unimportant, stupid, or brilliant. Perhaps nothing is better than something–you decide.

I went by the Federal Building this morning on the way to work. There were steel barriers around the building that look like alien invaders. Actually, they look like gigantic pawns in a chess set. The purpose, I assume, is to stop cars from driving into the building and blowing it up. You can always tell the level of corruption in any country by how afraid the bureaucrats of the world are at any moment. At the present moment, our leaders are so stupid/corrupt, the public has become aware of the situation. Thus, it has become necessary for our leaders to live behind concrete walls. Wherever you may live, drive past a courthouse in your area and imagine how it was 10-15 years ago versus how it is today. That will give you a clear indication of how fearful are your local establishments.
